Novice High Performance Driving HPDE#1

This car is available at Autobahn Country Club for their performance driving events as well as Events at the Club, Hagerty Drivers Club, SCCA, NASA, Gridlife, Revmatch, Laps Inc. and BMWCC. Instruction is by Jeff Schur, a nationally experienced racecar driver and Certified High Performance Driving Education Instructor, Motor Sport FoundationLevel 2 certified and holds a NASA Instructor License Novice courses can be bought directly from Autobahn CC and some of the organizations mentioned above . You can do them without any prior experience in any street car without in-car instruction. You can request it and BMW TE can provide it.. ACC provides an excellent 30 minute classroom introduction to HPD followed by an on track session in a "Lead follow format" with no "high speed" passing. Usually this North track session is combined with multiple runs on a timed autocross. This is the easiest and cheapest way to find out if you might like to learn more about High Performance Driving. Once you have completed a performance driving course with ACC (or equivalent), you can then choose what you wish to do next. BMWM3TE.com will help you make this assessment. If you want instruction in your car at your first event, we will provide an instructor at the special rate of $200.00 per hour. You will still get the ABCC Classroom instruction sessions. If you prefer to experience a real "Track prepared" but licensed street car, we can provide our BMW M3 for $200.00 per hour +track insurance. We can obtain a firm quote when you are ready to register for a specific event.
